advantages of having security 

-theft prevention
-efficiency
-centralization
-real time monitoring
-conflict resolution

disadvantages of not having security system 

- steal data that can leads to business loss
- anyone can use the system
- duplication of data
- file compression


4. how to prevent the unauthorized access 

- having a strong security password by using Bio-metrics , swipe card and etc.
- monitoring the CCTV
- provide a personal IP address
- use 2 factor authentication such as thumb print and face lock
